Conduct fitness assessments and evaluations for new and existing members.
• Develop and implement personalized training programs based on individual goals and
fitness levels.
• Lead group fitness classes, ensuring a safe and effective workout experience for all
participants.
• Provide guidance and support to members on exercise techniques, equipment usage, and
injury prevention, Monitor and track members’ progress, adjusting programs as needed to
ensure continued improvement.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout area, ensuring all equipment is in good working
condition, Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices.
• Promote and sell personal training packages and other studio services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, encouraging a supportive and
motivational environment.
• Collaborate with other trainers and staff to create a cohesive and dynamic team.
